Pushing the Speed Limits of Pumping

Large wings deliver exceptional low-speed lift, but quickly reach their limits when it comes to acceleration. For advanced riders, the real challenge is no longer just staying in flight—it’s generating speed and efficiency.

Traditional pumping profiles create drag that imposes a natural speed ceiling. The result: chasing fast boat wakes or tight swells becomes physically demanding, sacrificing fluidity and efficiency.

Leviathan Blackbird: A New Performance Standard

The Leviathan Blackbird Kit represents the next evolution in high-performance pumping.

At its core is the WL/BB, our most aggressive pumping wing to date. Its high-aspect design is paired with a thinner, race-inspired profile built to thrive at higher speeds and with high-cadence pumping.

Despite its technical nature, the wing remains accessible thanks to the Integrated Active-Lift fuselage, which delivers immediate support during take-offs and dead starts.

Combined with the M75/BB carbon mast, the FC/M modular tail, and the SDW stabilizer, the system is perfectly balanced. The ultra high-aspect stabilizer minimizes drag and unlocks the wing’s full speed potential.

Design Philosophy

The Leviathan is built for riders ready to move beyond the classic “glide” sensation into a faster, more reactive, performance-driven experience.

It merges the efficiency of a long wingspan with the sharp responsiveness of a race profile—turning every pump into pure acceleration.

Visually, the board is truly stunning: smooth shape, refined finish — it definitely stands out on the beach, and the feedback from other riders clearly confirms it.

On the water, I was blown away by its lightness and responsiveness. Even though I’m still at an intermediate level, the transition from my previous 140L board went smoothly. I managed to take off in light conditions despite tricky wind, and that was with a smaller foil (switching from a 1800 to a 1370).
