Voga Marine Offshore DW Expert
Designed specifically for our downwind conditions in the Mediterranean for Wing and SUP.
The narrow beam reduces the wet surface. Combined with its length, this board will allow you to take off on the smallest waves with a nice glide.
A slight double concave in the front with a pronounced bulb will cushion the most difficult bumps and slopes.
Its volume will ease your return to shore when the wind is no longer in the game. It is our “must have” Offshore Downwind board for advanced to expert riders.
PVC carbon/carbon sandwich build on a very low-density foam core with a structural beam that gives it the greatest stiffness for maximum efficiency.
Optionally equipped with our US standard full carbon box.
Materials: Carbon fiber, Entropy One© biosourced epoxy, Nomex© aramid honeycomb, Airex© PVC foam (sandwich), EPS core, upcycled Airbus© carbon fibers, Map Yachting© boat varnish.
Colors available: Fluorescent Orange, Fluorescent Yellow, Steel Blue, Custom Color.

The Shape
Our Offshore Downwind line is intended for those who want to explore the high seas and enjoy long downwind sessions or light wind cruising.
The wet surface is reduced to a minimum thanks to an elongated shape and minimum beam for the Expert model or moderate beam for the Cruise model. Yet, our downwind boards provide exceptional stability thanks to its tulip-shaped rails that extend from the stern to the beam.
The bow is bulb-shaped to add volume and avoid getting stuck in catching waves. We get a lot of those here in the Mediterranean as our wave periods tend to be quite short.
