Our HAIKU Sports T-Nut and Screw Sets - lighter and stronger than your standard brass and stainless steel sets, they will also stop corrosion. The edges of the T-Nuts are slightly rounded off for a smooth slide in the tracks.

Manufactured in the most widely used titanium alloy - GR5. It has very high strength but relatively low ductility. Compared to pure titanium, grad 5 has much higher tensil strength and a higher yeld point. Titanium grad 5 is therefore preferable when the strength is more important. Due to its capabilities its main application is in aircraft and spacecraft, but Offshore use is growing due to its corrosion resistance.
